Climb and Speed averaged over 4 second intervals.

These values may be lower than those shown by a flight instrument, which has access to continuous raw data.

Average Speed around course is measured from Start to Finish points.

Track Length is the cumulative distance between track points from Takeoff to Landing.

So from an eventual get away at nearly 4pm, I didn't think there would be much time to do anything.

So seeing as I'd left my car in Pewsey, I thought I'd head over there…

Once I got to Pewsey, I figured I could get to milk…

Once at milk, I looked north, and there was a lovely street heading to swindon, I got under that and pushed the bar.

The King was amazing (thanks Triple Seven for the wing and Aerofix for the amazing trim job), I made 40kmh across the ground into a 12 to 14kmh wind while maintaining height…

There were a couple of blue holes to negotiate near the top of the course. Again, I just battered the bar…

The last leg was when everything was petering out… When nearing Ogbourne St. Andrews, I thought I was going down… But I stuck with some halfs and zeros and it paid off getting (very slowly) back up over 5000'

Then back on the bar, head for combe. I was thinking I wasn't going to get another climb but I managed to find some very weak lift near Gt Bedwyn. This was when my Kobo ran out of battery!

The lift was taking me up slowly, but it was also drifting me away from goal and I had to cut 'n run for for Shalbourne.

Landing after 7pm just felt crazy.

Great flight… Shattered now!
