Track Length is the cumulative distance between track points from Takeoff to Landing.

You can change the default units displayed - see the Options page.

If there's one thing you can guarantee about a 5 star RASP day, it's that you'll hear a lot of people complaining that it wasn't a 5* day.

If you looked beyond the star rating, you would have seen that it was going to be overcast from about 11am, but that the thermals were going to get going at 9am. My tactic was to get to the hill early and be up and on my way before it clouded over since it's easier to find and use the climbs if you're already up high. It worked perfectly and it felt a lot like a 5 star day to me. Very high cloudbase and strong climbs. It just didn't look like a classic XC day because there was no sun.

Had to spiral down at one point to escape some strong lift sucking me up into a cloud and towards the 5500ft airspace. I thought I'd avoided it from glancing at the display on my Kobo at the time, although the tracklog seems to suggest otherwise.

Landed in the end as I'd succumbed to the cold and couldn't concentrate while not being able to feel my thumbs.
