2nd day of the bank holiday at Parlick (windy in the lakes) with Phil Hurcombe & Jan. Late start Took off into a thermal climbed straight up to base and over the back heading across the moors Got some strong rough climbs on the way Really enjoyable flying a new XC route from an unfamiliar site. Got over the moors but ran into the sea breeze which downed me above the Kingsdale Road landing at Dean Crosbys training site where students were flying Got a lift to the Marton Arms in Ingleton Phil landed back at the car and collected Jan from Wray then me after a refreshing Penyghent Bitter Great day.
